  • Bachelor’s Degree with a major in the welding field and 4,000 hours of related

    employment in the last 10 years;

  • Associate’s Degree with a major in the welding field and 5,000 hours of related

    employment in the last 10 years; or

  • No Degree with a minimum of 6,000 hours of direct occupational experience in

    the welding field within the last 10 years.
